Camping at FEMF

THE GOLDEN CAMPING RULE  
No gas equipment (or equivalent) of any kind allowed in the camp ground for safety reasons. 

TENTS ONLY  
No campervans, camper trailers, motor homes, trailers or caravans in the camp ground – Tents only. Please be prepared to carry your equipment up to 200m.

VEHICLE ACCESS  
Vehicles will be located in a separate parking area, not near your tent – so be prepared to park your vehicle up to 10 minutes walk away. There may be the use of Shuttle Vehicles to carry your camping equipment.

COOKING
Gas BBQ’s will be supplied around the site for use between 6am and 12am, however there is no refrigeration available. Food will be available to purchase for all meals at the food outlets. There will be a practical and affordable catering package available to youth groups which include Breakfast on the Saturday and Sunday, Lunch and Dinner on the Saturday.

GATES
Gates open 4pm Friday 11th March 2011 and will be closed 2pm Sunday 13th March 2011

SECURITY
Forest Edge Music Festival will provide Security Guards to patrol the camp ground during the Festival. Our security staff are provided for the safety of campers, not property protection so do not leave valuables in your tent.

ARMBANDS
Your armband must be worn at all times.

ANIMALS
No Animals are allowed at the festival.

FIRST AID
If you require medical assistance during the day the first aid tent will be located near the registration hut. If you require assistance overnight please see the security guards.

TOILETS  & SHOWERS
Toilets and Showers will be located around the camp site. If there is a problem with the toilets please contact a festival representative or security. 

FENCE
Jumping of any fence at the Forest Edge Music Festival will result in removal of your armband and expulsion from the Festival.

MIXED GENDER TENTING
No mixed gender tenting please (unless you are married or family)

ELECTRICITY
No power will be available in the camp ground
